I had very bad experience this time. My vehicle was not ready within the given time. They made me wait more than a week. I am disappointed this time . It cost me more to pay for someone car to use extra time.

I was hit from behind in my 2013 Honda CRV they put a new bumper and a new door to work looks great they also took care of dents I will always remind command Balise Collision when my vehicle gets hit thank you very very much everything you did it looks great
Was quoted 9 days for a repair. On the 10th day I called, I found out they haven't even started it. What was suppose to be a 3 day repair has now been over 3 weeks and still can't get a direct answer about my vehicle.
Bumper doesn’t line up Picked up the car and had black marks all over from the buffer. Manager didn’t seem to care.
