Love Dr. Bali. Yes she is busy and yes the office staff sometimes is a little rushed, but overall I highly recommend Dr. Bali for her expertise and her care & concern. I have been a patient of Dr. Bali's for over 10 years.
I have so much respect and love for Dr. Bali and her staff!!! Scheduling appointment was extremely difficult because hardly anybody answers the call or give call back. After so many tries, I managed to get appointment scheduled with un-interested representative. After appointment is scheduled by taking 1 hour of taking details after multiple holds, I never got any acknowledgment. Dr. Bali is so nice, with an excellent health care services. Her staff also helped me a lot to coordinate appointment for consultation as also for Colonoscopy. Dr Bali has been treating my mother since 2018. Doctor Bali has very high ethics, cares tremendously for her patients and is highly dedicated. Dr. Bali is excellent. Knowing we have problems in my family, other doctors recommended her. She is impressive. She is not quick to order useless tests, but she orders what's helpful and follows through.
