Very nice man. Office staff is great. Affordable and friendly office. Professional work done.
The Doctor himself if nice, otherwise the ladies up front need customer service training or need to find other jobs if they are not happy with their jobs. They are very rude and unwelcoming.

The eye care is excellent with Dr. Balfour. however, the three ladies up front need to be be friendlier and professional in providing services. They are so grumpy and tend to ignore your questions at time.

I have been going to Dr. Balfour for years just to get my eye prescription. I believe he's one of the best in Gallup. No other services. The upfront staff are very moody and tend to be very defensive when questioned regarding their services.
