Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. The management team is overly aggressive and consistently disrespects tenants, resorting to threats rather than providing basic service.
I would strongly advise against renting here. They charge some tenants more than the current market rates, and the management is unprofessional and constantly treats tenants like criminals, making threats instead of addressing issues.
Lovely apartment building with very nice tenants. Clean and well kept. Property is always maintained. No bugs and quiet. Spacious apartments that are renovated and in very good condition. Great location in a quiet neighborhood by the park.
