I had a great experience at Balfour Optical. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly receptionists and quickly taken care of by the staff beginning my eye exam. Then the Dr. who completed my exam educated me through my eye glass needs. Also a great experience with staff that helps pick out the frames. We started going to Balfour and really like it. But, they do need a bigger selection of glasses for folks w/big heads. Not all glasses are one size fits all. The hubs has a big head and was not able to try much on. Still, we really liked them and the fact that you can get your glasses in a few minutes is a definite plus!
The wait was short, Dr. Fitch and the assistants are great!
This is a great place to go for eye care. They are very thorough. The employees and the doctors are great. They have excellent selection of frames and the staff is always helpful.

Great place to get checked out and purchase eyewear. I see Dr. Fitch, and have for many years. He is warm and personable, and takes the effort to explain things so you can understand what is going on with your eyes. He stays up to date on the practice of Optometry (which is obviously nice) and has a good rapport with his patients. His staff is nice and very helpful. Balfour Optical is my choice for my eye care.
Always great service and amazing staff. They were very patient with my son teaching him how to apply contacts for the first time.
Dr. Ryan Hollingsworth is a amazing doctor and very professional. The new office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!
