RecommendedI had a great experience at Balfour Optical. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly receptionists and quickly taken care of by the staff beginning my eye exam. Then the Dr. who completed my exam educated me through my eye glass needs. Also a great experience with staff that helps pick out the frames. RecommendedWe started going to Balfour and really like it. But, they do need a bigger selection of glasses for folks w/big heads. Not all glasses are one size fits all. The hubs has a big head and was not able to try much on. Still, we really liked them and the fact that you can get your glasses in a few minutes is a definite plus!

RecommendedGreat place to get checked out and purchase eyewear. I see Dr. Fitch, and have for many years. He is warm and personable, and takes the effort to explain things so you can understand what is going on with your eyes. He stays up to date on the practice of Optometry (which is obviously nice) and has a good rapport with his patients. His staff is nice and very helpful. Balfour Optical is my choice for my eye care.
