The people running this business locally are very rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. Deserve no stars! Unfortunately this is the company chosen by the School (funny parents have no choice when they are the ones actually paying for the caps and gowns). Jostens does a better job starting with professional and courteous treatment of their customers.
