This company was hired to check for water leaks (as a possible cause of mold) in the bathroom. They checked and found no leaks which was fine, but it wasn't the end of it. They ended up breaking a couple of personal effects in the house and on top of that crossed a line by making comments about our lifestyle and living habits, and that we weren't being hygienic. When it rains, it pours... literally, and figuratively. We had major flooding from a faulty sprinkler head in our Supercuts salon in Bothell, WA. The team from Bales was terrific to work with - very friendly, professional, reliable and in constant communication over the entire cleanup and 5 day dry out period. They educated me, gave recommendations and didn't use high pressure sales tactics to win my business. I highly recommend these guys.
