Yesterday while Steve and I were driving to the next dairy we passed Bales Hay Co. So I messaged their Instagram page and we stopped by after finishing up at the dairy. We got to meet Trevor and he was full of information and he even gave us some hats and shirts. The alfalfa I saw would put any east coast alfalfa to shame! It's crazy the way agriculture varies from region to region.
Great quality hay. I have gotten the alfalfa and the Paca Verde. Great clean hay. Nice friendly staff.

I have been going to bales for many years. I buy the best Bermuda hay they have and its not cheap but this late trip wasn't very pleasant. When the loader let's the hay just fall into ur truck from the top of the stack it isn't professional. Sorry but I paid alot for my truck and expect it to be taken care of. I understand it's really not the loaders fault when he's out there all by himself. Maybe Bales needs to have more staff to help:/
Friendly good people which just moving from Missouri was good to find good ok folks like us!
