Great Hay, fast service, decent prices, and friendly people. Been going there for years. Big bonus is they never run out of hay during the winter like I use to have to deal with before moving here and using them. I have tried other suppliers and all were friendly and had similar prices but loading was usually very slow and the distance and time wasted made using them too costly. If time is money but you still want good prices and friendly, helpful people, Bales is the place to go!
I was reading a bad review on here and I just couldn't believe it. I have always had exceptional service. People have been friendly and helpful since the day I started supporting Bales! Their hay is always clean, in good condition and free of weeds! A lot of work goes into that! If people truly feel an area of service needs attention, it would make more sense to talk about it when it happens so a difference can be made. Great hay and great people. Met Trevor the first time I was here and he treated me like family. All employees that I have dealt with have been very helpful and have taken their time to show me all the choices of hay and answer every question. I give Bales my highest recommendation.
Love the customer service and friendly atmosphere! Our horses enjoy the Paca Verde Blend hay. We are forever Bales Customers!
