Bales is an amazing company. We had a tree fall on our house and had hired another company. We ended up having to fire the other company and Bales came in and cleaned up the mess they made. All of the employees were courteous, derailed oriented, and hard working. So if you should need a restoration company, Bales is the only answer. Seriously, they should be YOUR first call for restoration!!
I have now worked with 6 restorations teams on my basement and bales was hands down the best and most affordable. They left my basement smelling clean and kept any mold from growing. If they are available to work with, I’d book them every time!
Bales was recommended by my contractor for a water loss. They explained the remediation process and got to work right away. I found Daryl to be knowledgeable, professional, respectful and on time. Daryl also took great care when entering and leaving my home. I would recommend Bales Cleaning and Restoration to my family and friends.
Bales was fantastic to work with! Very professional personnel-from office to Daryl and Austin. We had a big mess to begin with and they helped us mitigate the disaster. Arrived this am to move everything back and some cleaning. Again, a big job taken care of. And Daryl and Austin were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
This is about a job from a flood in November of 2024, so it's later than I would like it to be, but the primary person Bales had talked to is my disabled mother and she didn't know how to leave a review so I am doing it on her behalf. From my experience I would never use Bales again. My mother's house flooded and our insurance company recommended Bales with glowing reviews.
