Bales was recommended by my contractor for a water loss. They explained the remediation process and got to work right away. I found Daryl to be knowledgeable, professional, respectful and on time. Daryl also took great care when entering and leaving my home. I would recommend Bales Cleaning and Restoration to my family and friends.
Bales was fantastic to work with! Very professional personnel-from office to Daryl and Austin. We had a big mess to begin with and they helped us mitigate the disaster. Arrived this am to move everything back and some cleaning. Again, a big job taken care of. And Daryl and Austin were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
This is about a job from a flood in November of 2024, so it's later than I would like it to be, but the primary person Bales had talked to is my disabled mother and she didn't know how to leave a review so I am doing it on her behalf. From my experience I would never use Bales again. My mother's house flooded and our insurance company recommended Bales with glowing reviews. We had a fire at the new place we were moving into, and Daryl from Bales Cleaning & Restoration was there the same day to start mitigating the damage. His quick action, professionalism, and hard work made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Highly recommend Bales for their fast response and excellent service!
Great and conscientious work done by Mike and Josh! Their work was done with amazing care for a successful project. The team of others contributed to the success. We had water damage on three levels. Mike and Josh included us in every step of replacing the floors. I am very grateful for their thoroughness.
