If there were 10 stars that’s what I would give to the 2 workers Aly and Austin that restored my basement.!! Wow!! What a fabulous crew Bales Cleaning and Restoration has with these 2 hard workers. They are friendly, customer oriented, knowledgeable, professional and their work is meticulous. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Bales Restoration has been nothing short of a nightmare—from grossly inflating their invoice to horrendous customer service and incomplete work. Despite an original estimate for 240 hours of work, Bales only completed 21 hours—yet they had the audacity to bill for the full amount as if all work was performed. This is blatant fraud. Really helped me after my father passed. The basement was crammed full of stuff and had multiple sewage backups. They came in, removed all the stuff and cleaned and sanitized above and beyond. I grew up at this house, but this is the cleanest I have ever seen this basement!
