Dr. Baldy is fantastic! In the past 20 years, she has treated all of my children and now my first grandchild. She is so kind and has a way of making every child feel comfortable and they enjoy the visit. Meanwhile, I know that they are getting excellent care and I so appreciate that. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Baldy and her staff have seen my children since they were very young. We love Dr. Baldy. She genuinely cares and ensures we receive the best treatment possible. You can't find another practice like this one!! Thank you!!
I will never recommend this office. They have very poor customer service, and when they fail to go over their policy correctly they choose to send you an outrageous cancellation bill. Most dentist office charge maybe $50 if you cancel less than 24 hrs, well i cancelled 24 hrs ahead and recived a bill for $350. They are very money hungry, so if you have other children and a life where things come up, i would find another dentist that understands that, that sometimes you have no choice.

At the new patient appointment, each family is asked to read and sign our cancellation policy. The document is then scanned into the child's chart to verify that the parents agreed with our policies. If a child requires a two hour time slot that is solely dedicated to that child and a parent cancels the appointment at the last minute for a non-emergency reason and we are unable to fill that 2 hour time slot than the family will be charged a cancellation fee.
My daughter has seen Dr. Baldy since she was 3 years old (she is now 10). Dr. Baldy and her staff are awesome! They are always kind and caring. They are the best!

Amazing dentist and an amazing staff. My child is special needs which poses it's own unique challenges but Dr Baldy has worked with us all the way. She is fantastic!!!!!!!!
