Allow me to be the first to write a review about this poorly poorly ran property management company. We are a service and repair company that has done business with this company twice. They call us out to one of there rental properties for no hot water and we found that the unit is in poor condition and old. We make the repair and let Rudy (one of the owners of Baldy Basin) know that unit is very old and in poor condition we recommend that the unit be replaced if the unit goes out again.
