First appointment today and both my husband and I loved the awesome staff and fantastic facilities!
Due to extenuating circumstances my kids found themselves without a dentist. I called Family Dental and they were able to schedule one child that very day. My daughter (11 yrs) absolutely loved the care she received & talked about her hygenist the whole way home. I'm thrilled that she's happy!

I called early in the morning with toothache. They said I could come in immediately. The doctor and staff were amazing. They treated me like I am the only patient in the world. Never got so much attention at any other places I've been to . Thank you guys for all your help and excellent service.
Words could not begin to describe how grateful I am for Baldwinsville Family Dental! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, but everyone here is so patient, kind and helpful to make you feel at ease that it doesn't bother me to go! I never thought I would find a dental office that could make the dental experience less nerve racking but I definitely have! Thank you to all the wonderful people who work here!!
