Dropped off my charger and we are now at a month and a half and its still not done. Sit in the parking lot across the street for 2 weeks and not even being looked at. When my husband asked about it they said the guy working on it got hurt and thats why. We was then told 2 weeks needless to say we are now waiting on more parts that should have already been ordered to begin with. By the time we get it back we are probably going to be at 2 months so I definitely will not be returning and urge anyone else to go somewhere else.
RecommendedI have used Baldwins twice. I do recommend them. They fixed my Jeep both times. They were honest and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I will definitely use them again. I am very happy with their service, prices and work.

Our family vehicle has a leak from the transfer case. We took it for a quote a few weeks ago and were told that we needed 2 seals replaced. We were told that it could be done in one day and that we didnt need an appointment and could just drop it off. We figured out a day when we were both off work so that we could take the vehicle to be repaied. Got my van back today everything looks good and my car runs like a beast now thank you great service
Had my daughter's car over 2 weeks last summer. Paid them a chunk and when we finally got it back, it still didn't work. Won't go back!
