Prices based on 5-star reviews? What kind of shady, backwards bullshit is that? This whole setup feels like a straight-up scam designed to squeeze every damn dollar out of you. The more good reviews they get, the more they jack up the prices? That’s greedy as hell. It’s like they’re punishing customers for other people leaving positive feedback. How does that even make sense? And let’s talk about my Volvo truck. I brought my damn Volvo truck in expecting it to get fixed properly. Instead? They didn’t fix a single damn thing.... read more
Very disappointed with this repair shop. They performed an incorrect diagnosis and replaced the engine oil cooler, even though it was not the cause of the problem. After spending time and money, the issue remained. Eventually, it was found that the real problem was the transmission heat exchanger. This kind of misdiagnosis is unacceptable for a professional truck repair shop. I would not recommend their services.
