These guys (Hawkins Trailer Supply, Baldwin Truck and Trailer, and McWhorters Tire Service) are amazing!!! During a recent move from CA to TN, we sheared off the lug bolts on one of the axles on our cargo trailer. The loss of that tire overweighted the second axle bending it to the point it needed to be replaced. It just so happened that the damage occurred in Amarillo. I don’t want to give them a one star they are so expensive i wanted to do only diagnostics ,they told me it would cost 180$ they charge me 180$ they didn’t do anything idiots
I wanted to do only diagnostics, they told me it would cost $165. Then it turned out they needed another device that would help find out the error. They removed the error! An hour later it appeared again and they took $644 for all of this. When I started asking why they didn’t tell me that it would all cost more than $165, they started talking some nonsense. They spent 6 hours on all of this!!!! There was no solution to the problem!!!!
