We had totaled our only vehicle that we had. We were in a very bad way, We were car shopping and found Justin and he was above amazing! Our stress levels were out of this world. He took care of us and alleviated all of the stress out of the buying process. In my opinion Justin is a huge asset to Baldwin Toyota. Bought a new Camry yesterday, worked with Neil. It was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Honest and upfront about everything. No long waits, and no hard sale on things I don't want or need. Met the service department and they were also excellent.
