Best dentist experience I have had in years. I met dr Baldwin 3 years ago after I switched from my other dentist who had been always recommending expensive crowns on my teeth that had no problem. dr baldwin assured me that those recommendations i was given were not necessary and 3 years passed and i have still no problems with those teeth. He and his staff is very honest and gentle and super nice
I placed an appointment request and was told 2 days later that someone had already taken the time I requested. They seemed indifferent about helping me select another time that wasn't over a month later. I guess this place has enough business, and they don't need to make an effort to get new patients rescheduled? I don't plan on booking with them again.
