John was just great. He was on time even called 5 mins before to let me know he was parking nearby. He was reasonable and since I payed cash I got an even better deal! After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. Without at doubt 5 STARS. I wish I could give them 100! I own a hair salon in Somerville, MA and needed our lock for our front door changed. I e-mailed them in the morning, they gave me quick reply.
