I am so happy with this company. My carpets look absolutely stunning - they actually look cleaner then when I bought them and I'm thinking that the store had people walking all over them and I'm just seeing them clean for the first time. One of their guys came to my house, provided me with a very fair estimate of services and then delivered them (in my case when I came back from vacation) within one business day of my call. Very courteous and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!
Great service and great people, always pleased!!! Keep up the impressive job Baldwin Hills Carpets & Air Ducts Clean. All our carpets are in good condition. They are now smelling warm and fuzzy. I am very amazed by how excellent and competent they are.
We foster dogs and they all do "something" on our carpet. Although we try to have them come in after every dog gets adopted, sometimes we can't. Our carpet is about 15 years old and needs to be replaced but ...... I never have an issue making an appointment (they can usually get to us when we need it), and they call about 30 minutes out and then come in do the job and are out.
