Medical skills are wonderful. COMMUNICATION is horrific! Extremely difficult to call, email or even get info over the portal after being told of an issue that needed attention. Love the Docs, admin needs help.

I wish I could say how their service was. I was referred by my doctor and they do not pick up the phone, they absolutely do not return phone calls. Even their voicemail to alter and make appointments just says leave a message. No less than 10 phone calls over two weeks and not a single one returned. Horrible horrible horrible service. Do NOT go here I was referred by my regular doctor who told me to drink more water and eat more fiber until I can see my GI and miss Nicole Thomas did not take me seriously at all and talked to me like a child sat I.
