I was very pleased with the customer service that I received when I bought my 2024 Ram 1500. This is the 3rd vehicle that we have bought from Baldwin Ford. We have been very pleased.
I don’t usually write bad reviews but after calling ahead about performing a recall and for the 2nd time being told by one of their service managers to bring my vehicle into the dealership and being told that they cannot order the parts from Ford, I will not be returning or recommending Baldwin Ford Toyota again.
