RecommendedEveryone was friendly and very thorough. I felt that Dr Baldwin was sincere in making sure he was providing me the best eye care and giving me the best advice for my personal eye treatment.
More personalized service than any optometrist I've ever seen. I received a thorough explanation as the exam progressed, learned more about eyes than I learned in the 30+ years I've worn glasses and contacts. Very friendly office staff as well.

Terrible business! Poor exam to start with. Received ONE bill a long time after my exam. Payed the $18.00 they were requesting two weeks after I received the bill. Today in the mail received a Final Notice saying they will be turning my account over for collection. AFTER ONE BILL! If you are looking for a place to go in the Sun Prairie area - go somewhere else!
All of the staff is AMAZING! They were very pleasant and friendly. They helped me pick my glasses and I love them!
