RecommendedCame to have my eyes examined. All test were done and I’m good. Great staff
I asked weeks ago to get my contacts in and was told I never took an exam for contacts when I was told my prescription hasn’t changed by the eye dr himself and were even given a pair until my order of contacts came in. Well.. I called to ask about my contacts and was told I never did an exam for contacts and that I would be called back to let me know. Never called back and now they’re closed... Unprofessional... would not recommend.
Dr. Bonucchi took the time to explain what she was doing and answer all of my questions and concerns. She also sent a follow up report of her findings. I recommend this practice to anyone!
dr Payne always takes such good care of my eyes and the families!
My entire family of six sees Dr. Payne. He is very funny! What really matters though, is that he is wonderful with my youngest who has Down Syndrome & ADHD. Over the years he has worked with us to take into account both her eyesight, as well as, her willingness to wear corrective lenses. Some may have simply prescribed her lenses & wished us luck years ago, without taking into consideration her aversions. That would have really set us up as her parents, for a fight. Absolutely AMAZING. I want to cry tears of joy with how happy this place made me. Dr. Payne was such a kind, informative man who made everything seen so easy while walking through what he was doing. The front staff were spectacular, and someone ACTUALLY sat down and picked out over a dozen glasses for me to try on. Kind, caring, patient staff. I don't care how long it takes to get my glasses because I know with their touch they got it right. They definitely found a customer for life, I am so happy that I found this place.
people are very friendly but it took 3 weeks to get my glasses. tried to find out if there was a problem but never received an answer.
