There was a lady that was blocking the entrance door with her dog , and the manager was telling her that she needs to step back a little so that others can come in and out without causing a minor accident for her and her dog . Baldwin is a horrible place to take your pets . So un professional!!! Very very rude. Never again will I ever take my Pets there again. Waste of money there and that place needs to be shut down.
