Great employee's, from the first contact to the workers on the job site. Made sure to keep us updated through entire process. Very impressed with the entire process!
Jenny worked with us to help us get service in Magnolia Springs where it hadn't been run before. She went above and beyond and was very helpful!
Been using BCSS, never missed a payment, yet I mailed my check to them like I do every month on 8/27 for my bill not due to 9/15 they decided not to cash my check until 9/22 and then have the audacity to charge me a late fee. And of course calling customer service does no good for their only care is about receiving more money instead of solving anything. Clearly someone that hasn't missed a payment ever in over 6 years isn't enough for BCSS to even consider that they have made a mistake. Already planned on moving, but I will... read more
Since starting my service with Baldwin County Sewer in 2012, I am happy to report that my system has worked fantastically and the customer service has been equally the same. Having a functional system with the ease of knowing you can call BCSS for service is well worth the $54 per month.
