I am so thankful to have BCSS connected and operating efficiently! No more worries about those old field lines every time we get heavy rain. I connected back in the spring and was kept up to date with the entire process during installation. The young man did a great job putting the dirt and grass back in place on my lawn. I have been very pleased with their service this year. We had grinder problems , they provided a spare, repaired our unit, and reinstalled it promptly. It was not overpriced and their tech was very professional.

The smell in my subdivision is unacceptable. We are BCSS customers and they do not care that we are unhappy.
We can never enjoy our patio outside because of the horrid smell that surrounds our neighborhood.
Sewer stinks up our neighborhood and they refuse to do anything about it. It's a public health issue and brings down the value of housing surrounding it. People have complained for years and nothing is done.
As a resident ofmu neighborhood (you know which one it is) in Daphne I can say that the process you guys use for waste at the sewer treatment plant is not on point. The smell in our neighborhood is horrid and despite the countless complaints you have had from us as a community the problem persists. It's a shame that our children have to play in the yard and come in smelling like an outhouse.
