I didn’t have the pleasure of purchasing a car from Baldwin Chevy yet, but I had an unforgettable experience that speaks volumes about their character and service. Customer service is the BEST throughout every area but I also have a shout out to the Maintenance department as they sure do a fabulous job. I'm quite impressed at how well organized the staff is as well as the cleanliness of the building.
Went there two weeks ago to check on a vehicle, asked the salesman to call me with their best price. Never heard back so I stopped by again this weekend just to find out that the vehicle I was interested in was going to be picked up Monday by someone out of town.
