Vehicle was damaged while in for repairs, repair was not done , back in the shop with more problems than I started with
Andy Earls worked very hard to find us the perfect vehicle. We have bought several vehicles with Baldwin and we will always use them. Incredible employees who are friendly and work hard to get you what you want.
A rear main seal that came with a brand new engine busted and somehow it's not covered under warranty even though it's one of the main pieces that hold oil in the engine. I supposedly have a 3 year warranty and have put less then 10000 miles on it. But an important main component for the engine is not covered and I was told it's because I caught it early enough and it didn't cause damage to the engine.
