I’m here again to write a review of the poorly run management team at Baldwin Chase. I believe they went under new management a month or two ago, but I have questions to ask about the move out process because we are trying to break our lease. I have tried to get a written out statement of what we are responsible for. However, I am still awaiting a response. Baldwin chase is very quiet and clean neighborhood and beautiful parks and recreation across the streets for entire family … we lived here 2 years and it’s been a great experience … the maintenance Guy is very helpful to the community and very fast … we appreciate him so much … the new community manager Laken is awesome as well very informative and very professional to our needs and concerns …thanks for making us feel right at home 💞💞💞
