Horrible communication you can’t get in contact with any of the office staff they don’t answer the phone or email back. Update: After the initial post and the company’s response I still can’t get them to answer a call or respond to a voicemail or email. I was promised a $200 gift card for renewing my lease. I never received it and they don’t care to help me.
Self-guided tours were easy to setup and easy to access. These homes are beautiful and the neighborhood seems quiet.

The maintenance guy Todd, was amazing. Great all around guy who got things done. We wanted to stay if the rent did not increase, and reached out to let it be known, but they would not accommodate until three weeks before our lease was up. Too late! We were already looking for another home by then. 16+ vacancy should tell it all. These are full two story houses. In my opinion, the property is mismanaged. And for the amount of money they charge, would it kill them to throw some fresh pine needles down around the grounds.
