The neighborhood has a fly infestation problem. We cannot use the backyard at all due to swarms of flies. We are killing around 10 flies a day inside our home and when we use the backyard we are literally swarmed by flies. We do have a pest control company that comes and sprays who told us that unless the whole neighborhood was sprayed, the flies will continue to be a problem. I love the fact that you can tour whenever you want, without pressure to lease it feeling like you’re wasting someone else’s time. I did try to apply for the unit for rent after touring it, but the site kept coming up with an error code.
It's a good place to live, there’s a park right in front of us. The neighborhood promised some things that arrived late, and the rent varies due to different fees that weren’t mentioned when we rented the property. Inside the house, there are several minor issues like paint touch-ups, broken lightbulbs, missing door dampers, and bathtubs that seem designed for kids, it’s impossible for an adult to fit, haha.
