A deeply disappointing experience during an already heartbreaking time. We were told the cremation was “across the street,” when it was actually in NJ, and despite explicitly asking for guidance as this was our family’s first cremation, we were not told about the 24-hour waiting period or the required state letter, causing unnecessary delays. This review is really hard to write. The absolute respect,, dedication, and flat out tolerance of what my family had to deal with trying to obtain a church, accommodate our families etc. Vince was on the phone with me until 10 PM at night and made it a point to let me know that he was going to handle everything in the midst of trying to figure out our next plan. Victor Baldi and his staff went over and above for all of my needs. This was my second burial in 14 weeks and I don't know if I could have gotten through them without their kindnesses, especially Victor's.

I am grateful for Victor and his entire team for their professionalism and care with my stepfather. The empathy and kindness they showed my mother was wonderful. I really have nothing but good things to say about how the whole process was handled. Because of them I was able to care for my mother without anything else to have to focus on.
