They guided us through every step of the process, and their efficiency, responsiveness, and unwavering compassion made everything more manageable. Our mother passed in December. Victor and the entire Baldi organization helped guide our family through this entire difficult process with sensitivity and professionalism. They were quick to respond to any of our requests, transparent in presenting the cost options, and were extremely helpful in securing the church, singers, florists, luncheon choices and more. I can't say enough about the professionalism and compassion of the entire staff. Our family had to use their services twice in the span of a few months and they made the most difficult situation you'll have to deal with much easier. Their willingness to accommodate to our needs and handle all the details, so you won't have to.
