i went to Dr Balderama last year and i had a credit balance left i have been trying to get my money since i no longer reside in Memphis area. I have heard all types of stories the first story was the lady that is in charge had a family emergency to she is on vacation and the check is in the mail this has been going on for 2 months I wonder is it because I am black so what i am going to do now is contact the board.
