I don't know anything about this place
On the surface I love everything about Bald Hill Farm. Great service, good prices and local good people. I bought a 1/4 cow about a year ago and sadly I just can't vouch for the flavor of the meat. At first i thought I was just not used to grass fed but as I'v tried more and more cuts of theirs and others animals i'v concluded its not a me problem. I really hope i got an outlier but its an expensive gamble to go for another 1/4 to find out.
