I wish there was a possibility of leaving zero or negative stars. The tow driver was incredibly disrespectful and nasty to me over the phone. Because I did not understand why there was suddenly an issue with towing my vehicle I put my dad who also tows for AAA on to the phone. At no point was any one disrespectful to the man or threatening yet he hung up on us and told his dispatcher that he would not tow the vehicle.
