They refused to give me an estimate until I paid them to investigate a seized parking brake and a code that came up on my check engine. They demanded $75 for each problem. I would not agree to this so they scraped my inspection sticker and charged me $21 for a failed inspection. They do not value their customers, I had just spent over $1600 in their shop. Oh and that car had a seized parking brake, too. They have no integrity.

We tried to explain that just like your daughters vehicle, the diagnosis fee would be applied to the repair bill if you approved the suggested repairs. We also tried to explain to you that we would be happy to waive the diagnostic fee in an attempt to smooth things over and show our good faith. Can’t say enough about Bald Hill automotive. I had a swift response and recovery on a tow. I decided I was ready for a new vehicle and Brian took the time out of his day to take me to find the vehicle I wanted. 1st time dealing with them so I can’t say enough about the service they provided to me. I am glad a found a shop I can trust and rely on, being new to the area.
Did not tow where they were asked to tow than they charged for holding the vehicle they are crooks
