Stopped by today with my wife while Don was conducting a roasting seminar. His friendly smile assured me that we were not interrupting his lecture. When he took a break, he sold us a couple of bags of delicious Costa Rican roasted coffee. It smells so good that we brewed it this afternoon! Thanks Don!

Don knows coffee, and his passion about everything from the farmers to the roasting is contagious. If you are looking to order online, I recommend the Congolese without reservation. I also had the privilege of taking his coffee class where I learned so much about how coffee goes from crop to cup. We even got to roast our own coffee on different machines. It was such a great experience that I recommend it to anyone in the area.
Had this coffee at Table and Market in McAdenville, NC.. Bought a pound of Colombian on the spot! Smoothest I've ever had!
