Best Restaurant Insurance ever! – I joined the Washington Restaurant Association and got hooked up with Balcos Insurance through their member services. I was SO glad I did! So fast! – I was working with Jennifer L., and she was so quick! It's so nice to get service that is both complete and up to speed. I don't have time to mess around with the waiting game - it's just bad business. But she worked with my needs and sent everything through emails and faxes and we got my insurance taken care of quickly. Good to know I have an agent I can trust that will step up when I need her.

Saved Me Money!!! – The agents at Balcos Insurance are great! I'd been with them for a little while on the recommendation of a friend, and after a year, they sent me a letter asking me to call them. Something about an annual review... I did, and it turned out that they were able to INCREASE my coverages and LOWER my premium. They saved me almost $800 per year!!! I couldn't believe it. Other agencies should be jealous. – If they all had Tina, their agencies would run smooth as butter. I can't believe how easy she made insurance for me. Saved My Business – I own a restaurant, had coverage already for my business, property, and liability. I'm so happy that Balcos makes restaurants a priority. They really know their stuff. Awesome Agency!!!!! – Balcos is so good to me! I have always had a good experience any time I've gone in or called them. Protecting me from myself. – It could have been really, really bad. Had Julie Johnson at Balcos not insisted that I add on additional coverage that she saw was necessary, I could have lost a lot more than I did. She pushed for me to add insurance on backup of drainage and sewer systems - I thought it was unneccessary...
