Excellent Staff! – I am extremely happy with the service I received at Balcos. I switched to balco's after getting ripped off by my internet insurance company. Cheap insurance and professional staff – The folks at Balcos Insurance have really impressed me. Excellent Seattle insurance! – Balcos insurance is great - saved me money and I ended up with better coverage. I bought auto insurance and homeowners insurance from them by quoting online first and then speaking with an agent. Best business insurance – Business insurance is important to me. Without it, I put my financial future at risk. Balcos Insurance is great – I was so happy when they told me they were going to be able to save me over $350 a year. They're so good to me. I figured I would have to lower my insurance limits or raise my deductibles or something to be able to cut my costs. Helpful customer service staff – I had a whole series of questions come up about my insurance that I needed answers to right away. I called my agent, but she was on vacation. My questions were answered by another agent quickly and they really knew their stuff. One question led to another, though, and I ended up having to call back three or four times with new questions that struck me later.
