I give Balcony 1 a five star rating because they did everything that I was promise. I was kept inform of every step. I was quoted the work would be completed in 4-6 weeks. Work started on 2/13/25 and was completed the week of March 7. The extra time was due to the weather. I am very satisfied with the work. I have not one complaint nor any recommendations what they could do better. I had several quotes one with engineering drawing that cost me several thousand dollars.
