We have been doing business with Balcones Shred Austin for about 18 years or more. Great service and hard working people. We have our paper in bins ready to go and they have provided us the 95 gallon bins for big projects and they haul them away as needed. Because of their multiple schedule pick ups and brutal Texas heat, you should have all shredding in bins by the time they arrive to haul away. Asking them to wait on you is on you, not them. We've been using this service for years and absolutely love them! All of the employees that we've interacted with are amazing. Recently, our key got bent and the driver had a replacement for us, took the bag out and replaced the bag for me. He was AWESOME! This is the kind of above and beyond service that they provide. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
