Balcones Office Park is conveniently located right off MoPac expressway (hwy 1) easy to get to from north and south Austin and surrounding cities. The buildings feel safe and clean with plenty of parking. Additionally the various offices have good aerial views of downtown and the Domain.
Unremarkable building. Easy to navigate, difficult to find by virtue of the simple fact that the address is not clearly marked on all four sides of the building. Makes it very difficult to find when trying to arrive on time for a time sensitive appointment.
