This is a review about whomever is answering the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed a new PCP as I recently moved to the area. I had a few questions about the doctor. The rude woman who answered the phone says " Are you going to make an appointment or keep asking questions?" I said never mind this isn't the place for me. Lovely doctor, listen and attentive but I struggle with the office staff calling back to schedule appointments. I haven’t been seen in a year and having complaints.

There should be 0 stars ! Thats what this so called Doctor and her PA deserves. She is so arrogant that she wouldn’t listen to the patients or family concerns . My sister was dealing with a serious infection and she trusted her to follow up with it .. she basically told us my sister just had a little flu when a fungal infection was brewing slowly and she disregard our requests , as well as her PA when we called her office several times because concerning lab results .. with a fever or 103 her PA told me to give my sister Ben... read more
