Very good customer service
I was nervous going in as I’ve always gone to a different practice, but Ana, Jocelyn & Selena were all very welcoming. I saw Dr. Ahmed and she was amazing! She was very patient and explained everything about my eye health and vision changes. When it came to picking out my new glasses Selena made my experience very easy! Thank you so much Selena, I’m so excited about my new MiuMiu’s. I will definitely be coming back!
Picked up my new glasses from FYI Doctors today and couldn’t be happier. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the process was smooth from check-in to pickup. A big thank you to Jocelyn for going above and beyond to make sure my glasses fit perfectly and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. Definitely recommend FYI Doctors for anyone needing eye care or new eyewear.
