Balboa Salon goes out of their way every time I walk through the door! Shrey gives me extra special treatment in person . I've been going Balboa salon about five years now and can't say enough good things about my service! Every time I cut and colored my hair it is soft, shiny (the exact color I asked for) Salon is clean with relax environment.
I have been going to them since opening and could not been happier! I always get compliments on my hair. They use natural products which keeps my hair healthy. There are not enough stars that I can give them!
