We had a terrible experience here. The staff was so rude and unhelpful. We have been trying to fill a prescription for our dog and this place was recommended to us by another pharmacy. My husband walked in and asked about the prescription, and the guy working there very rudely just said no, they don’t have it. Asked again if they could try to order it / how we could get it, to which he again rudely just replied no. Super friendly, supportive and very reasonably priced. I needed a prescription drug for my dog and wasn’t able to find it anywhere. All of a sudden it was on back-order everywhere. Balboa Pet Pharmacy had it in stock and I picked it up the same day.

Fast, and friendly! They have the pet prescriptions I need that other pharmacies don't carry.
I needed a prescription for my cat which I ordered online, and they require the prescription to be mailed. After a week I still didn’t get it and the online vendor told me they hadn’t even gotten the prescription in the mail yet, so I had no idea if they would ever get it.
