We love Balboa Pet Hospital. EVERYONE there, from the front desk team to the techs and doctors are warm and professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure you and your pets feel well cared for. They will take the time to call you to explain test results even when it's past 6 on a Friday and they must be dying to get home, and one of the women at front desk even dropped a heavy bag of dog food off at our house one time since I didn't have a car.
