My nephrologist is with BNG and I really like him, but BNG has started charging a facility fee on top of every visit with my nephrologist, so I'm essentially being double-billed. This sucks and it seems that BNG is a monopoly as I can't seem to find a nephrologist in San Diego that is not part of BNG. I can't escape this double-billing and it should be illegal.
