We have a lease with Balboa Capital and have never been late on a payment. I have requested a quote to return the equipment and Balboa Capital has been totally unresponsive. I have made the request several times but they simply ignore my request. I then contacted the person we dealt with in the beginning, David White. His response was "that isn't my department". I am just really shocked at the lack of interest in helping their customers once the deal is done.
I just had a follow up call from Grant, calling to see if I was still interested in a business loan. I told him no, and I appreciated it. He then got very rude telling me, he would have appreciated if i would have called to let him know. 🤦🏽♀️ I would have followed up if i were interested; however, now I know where NOT to take my business. I'm not sure which location he is from. But I do apologize for not helping him make his commission.
