I was very dissatisfied with my visit. I was scheduled for a full body exam. First I waited 55 minutes in the exam room before Dr. Balazs came in the room, she was in the room a total of 4 minutes! There is no way she could check me for any problems. I had a few spots i wanted checked and she did freeze two that I had a chance to point out, but not the other places. Awful experience with poor communication, especially as a new patient! Had the first appointment after lunch. I arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. They immediately brought me back to the room. The MA came in approximately 5 minutes later. Stated that the Dr. and 2 NP's were there today and if it was okay if any of the providers there came to see me. I said that was fine for me. I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes after that and still nobody came in, not even the MA to say we are running behind. I could hear others in r... read more
I totally trust Dr. Balazs, she takes the time to go over all of you concerns.
I had my first appointment and was incredibly disappointed. My appointment was for right when the office opened, yet I waited more than half an hour in the waiting room before being called back to a waiting room. The staff was not particularly friendly, and Dr. Balasz did no more than glance at my skin from across the room before writing a bunch of prescriptions, without any discussion of what they were, side effects, anything. Very disappointed and back to looking for a new dermatologist.
Dr. Balazs is the best Dermotologist. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very thorough and truly cares about her patients. She has gone out of her way and spent extra time with me just to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I would trust her professional opinion on all aspects of Dermotology. She is absolutely great!
Dr. Balazs is welcoming and caring. She listened and explained everything clearly. She diagnosed my problem and it went away with her treatment. She set up a maintainance program for me. She was very thorough as was her staff. They were all friendly and professional and helpful. Thanks to all of you.
