My first visit was in October, and I appreciated how thorough she was. She asked many questions, which I view as a positive, especially since some doctors tend to be brief. I like to feel heard and to receive clear answers to my concerns. She ordered several tests, and the results addressed not only my initial issue but also other symptoms I had mentioned. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and am looking forward to my follow-up appointment with her.
Dr. Bastawros is the best doctor I have ever had! I went into the hospital with an extremely serious foot infection from diabetes. Dr. B. did a procedure on my foot and then it was a waiting game to see whether or not I would lose my foot. He was very serious and warned me that this was a possibility. When I got out of the hospital, he continued to take care of my foot as it would take months of healing.
