Did a float session today for the first time! Definitely a relaxing experience and will definitely be going again!!
The salt room was a definite benefit with my sinuses and the Reiki massage was fantastic. Definitely going to return regularly!
I tried the float tank for the first time, not being a big believer in type of stuff. I came out of the experience feeling much better physically, took away all of the little aches and pains, and really diminished back pain. The best part was that I came out feeling rejuvenated, with a calm and clear mental state which was not the case going in. I highly recommend it! Helps both mental and physical states
When you walk into Balanced Spirit, there is such a feeling of peace and tranquility. The salt room is AMAZING and so is Shawn!!! Can't wait to come visit again.
