I have tried other massage therapists and other chiropractors, and there is a reason I drive 3 1/2 hours round trip to be helped at Balanced Rock Chiropractic. Balanced Rock Chiropractic has both chiropractic care and massage therapy, and both services are performed well above expectations from the providers. I have been seeing Dr. Cash for several years and it's the best I've ever felt. Been to several chiropractors in the Springs and She's the best. She listens and caters your treatment specific to your needs/issues. She's clearly communicates what she thinks is going on, why she's treating it, and what to expect post visit. The staff at the office is amazing, and I highly recommend Balanced Rock Chiropractic.

Dr. Cash single handedly turned my health journey around. I had severe lower back pain and couldn't even bend over to pick up trash. I work in an elementary school and couldn't work effectively with my students, and I had gained a lot of weight due to not being able to move and function without pain. I see her monthly now and can't even express how she has changed the quality of my life. She is such a pleasant person and is great to talk to during our visit as well. Best experience ever.

When I first started my neck and lower back were a mess. Now, I'm feeling the best I have in over 8 years. Dr. Cash has always been amazing and kind to me and my family, and her staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them!
